Considering the United Nations' recent report on biodiversity warns that as many as a million animal and plant species are threatened with extinction and the New South Wales Government's own State of the Environment report shows almost 1,000 native plant, animal and ecological communities are threatened with extinction in New South Wales, what action will the new Minister take to avert this biodiversity crisis?
After being elected as Member for Hornsby in March 2011, I have embarked on many initiatives that the community and I see as pivotal issues for Hornsby. I see and understand the needs of the community and am proud to play my part.
