The NSW State Government reforms will ban the use of bots which is software which allows scalpers to buy bulk tickets and sell them at an inflated price.
Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation Matt Kean MP says we want to crack down on dodgy ticket scalpers and we want to make sure genuine fans can access tickets at a reasonable price.
