Glenrock State Conservation Area

21 June 2020

Yesterday, I visited the Glenrock State Conservation Area with a $1.8 million program to improve access and facilities for visitors to enjoy this spectacular natural environment. Glenrock SCA is one of the last surviving pockets of coastal rainforest in the region and features some great coastal lookouts and beaches. The program includes upgrades to the Hickson Street walking track and gliding pad precinct, completed in May 2020 and an additional $1.4 million has now been committed for projects including strategic walking track, carpark and beach precinct upgrades due to be completed by 2022.
