Thousands of Australians are being denied cheaper power bills because of poorly installed solar panel systems. Unpublished data by the Clean Energy Regulator obtained by Fairfax shows nearly 20% of units inspected last year were under the standard.
Minister Innovation and Better Regulation Matt Kean told 2GB this is unacceptable.
