A gas cylinder blast in a Lismore cafeteria kitchen has left Scott Jones burns to more than half of his body. This has resulted in a crack down from SafeWork on restaurant and cafes in NSW.
Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation Matt Kean MP said we will show no leniency to any business putting staff and customers at risk.
