Downer EDI, on behalf of Roads and Maritime Services (RMS), will be undertaking road maintenance around the Hornsby electorate throughout May.
The works which are scheduled to start on April 28 will see essential works carried at George Street, Hornsby; Parklands Road, Mount Colah and Pacific Highway, Berowra.
Hornsby MP Matt Kean said the works will focus on resurfacing, replacement of asphalt, milling and line marking to provide better road safety.
"Works will be done at night from 8pm-5am between Sundays and Fridays to minimise traffic impact," Mr Kean said.
Partial lane closures are expected during working hours to create a safe working area.
During this work, motorists are asked to follow the signs, including electronic display messages and reduced speed limits, and to follow the direction of traffic controllers. Minor delays are expected due to changed traffic conditions.
