Morning Radio Interviews on Inquiry into NSW Land Valuations

On Thursday 31 January, the NSW Government will open an inquiry into systemic problems with the way property valuations are performed across the State. Matt Kean MP, Chairman on the Joint Standing Committee of the Valuer-General said that we have seen a series of shocking examples of the system failing across the state, whereby land has been grossly over or undervalued.

This has significant impacts on land tax rates and state revenue.

Morning radio interviews on 29 January discuss the inquiry, and its implications.
