Landlords in NSW will be restricted to one rental price increase each year under new laws being introduced into Parliament today. Renters will also be able to make minor alterations to their homes.
Minister for Innovation and Better Regular Matt Kean MP says imposing restrictions will prevent fatality behaviour by landlords.
