State Member for Hornsby, Matt Kean MP, today hosted a business forum at Rails Restaurant, on Coronation Street, Hornsby.
The Hon. Katrina Hodgkinson MP, NSW Minister for Small Business attended the forum, as well as Federal Member for Berowra, the Hon. Philip Ruddock MP and Federal Member for Bradfield, Paul Fletcher MP.
About 80 representatives from local businesses attended the forum, which included a Q & A style discussion with the Minister, followed by networking and drinks.
'The purpose of the forum was to understand issues affecting businesses in the local community and to discuss appropriate ways to address these issues', Mr Kean said.
'Local businesses provide the community with jobs, services and prosperity. It is vital that business concerns and challenges are addressed to ensure the local community continues to benefit'
