Minister for Better Regulation Matt Kean announced the Consumers First package today which is a raft of reforms and initiatives that would put everyday people front and centre.
This includes cracking down on ticket scalping where computers are used to buy multiple tickets to big events and then sold at inflated prices.
The Minister spoke to WSFM about these reforms.
